Read menu listings as a start, not proof
Some features appear only as a name in a menu. Submagic lists Magic Clips, Descript lists Create Clips and Kapwing lists an AI Video Generator among their tools. As of 2026-09-25.
A menu item shows a feature exists; it does not say what it does, on which plan, or with what limits.
The register marks these readings by where they came from, so they can be weighed as thinner evidence.
The feature's own page, or a short trial, answers what the menu cannot.
Menus also change faster than help pages; a name can appear before the feature is widely available, or stay after it has been folded into another.
When a feature matters to a project, find the page that says which plan includes it.
A help article is the next best source, since it describes the steps and often names the plan as well.
Screenshots on a product page can show an older version of a feature, so the date on the page is worth a look.

2A generator upstream of the app
Upstream of an app feature like “Read menu listings as a start, not proof”, SceneMixer describes its own generation steps:
Video is 16:9 landscape by default, with 9:16 vertical available; you set it once per project. Segments are typically 4 to 15 seconds, and some model tiers go to 30.

16:9 landscape (SceneMixer's default) and 9:16 vertical (the usual short-drama frame), chosen per project.
