SceneMixer makes vertical drama rather than editing footage: its TikTok and Reels page says the 9:16 frame is set in the project before any reference art exists, so each episode is generated from a script for the tall frame. Captions are kept out of the picture on purpose and added at the platform, and nothing posts for you; a finished episode is downloaded, or shared as a page with a social preview. A small AI badge is applied by default and paid members can switch it off. Its pricing page tops out at a 1080P tier. Cutting long videos into clips is not described.
